Amazon Business is a free service that helps small business owners get the supplies they need in the most convenient and cost-effective way possible. And they wanted to test the viability of implementing a direct response acquisition campaign. Their goal was to get small business owners and managers to sign up for the service to gather customer feedback and drive service adoption.

One Partners created a plan to demonstrate how Amazon Business seamlessly integrates with a small business to deliver important supplies without the hassle or cost of multiple trips to the store.

The media plan focused on key markets with high concentrations of small businesses. With the goal of connecting with business owners as they consumed both broadcast and digital media.


The final plan comprised a complete market assessment, test and measurement framework, offer and creative recommendations, and a turnkey media plan.


The Amazon Business solution implemented the test and subsequently established itself as a key tool to help small businesses save time and money.
